The kanji 速 means quick, fast. Its on’yomi (Chinese-derived reading) is ソク (soku); its kun’yomi (native Japanese reading) is はや.い、はや-、はや.める、すみ.やか (hayai, haya, hayameru, sumiyaka). It is written with 10 strokes, under radical 辵 (no. 162).
